Choosing and eating the right foods is one important factor
in maintaining heart health. So what are the foods you should watch out for in
order to keep a healthy heart?
Doctor Grace Judio-Kahl from Bunda Hospital advocate,

Grace had to categorize the type of fatty foods and

Grace also gives some tips for lowering bad cholesterol in
the body. Some of them are eating foods that contain lots of fiber, avoid
eating fried, and use unsaturated oils.
